Position Overview: We are in search of a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time or shared Part-Time Front of House Leader. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our takeaway café and food store.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting from our menu of gourmet takeaway options and food products.

Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including managing orders, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and maintaining efficient workflow.

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all team members adhere to service standards and provide a friendly and efficient experience for our customers.

Train, mentor and motivate front of house team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas, adhering to all health and safety standards and regulations.

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and restocking of food and beverage items as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment.

A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and interact confidently with customers.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment with maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Reliable and hardworking, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative and lead by example.

Flexibility to work some Saturday mornings as required.
